Residential
This is the quintessential summer cottage, where the owners wanted to nestle a cozy house into the natural landscape.
While there is not a lot of square footage, every available space is very efficiently used. Incorporating creative ideas such as a rolling library ladder to access upper level storage in the laundry room and building custom steps to access both the upstairs loft and the build-in bunk bed make this a very unique home
The interior finishes consist of 1×8 ship-lapped horizontal pine, reclaimed oak flooring and rough sawn hemlock timber floor joists. Exterior trim is painted western red cedar with natural eastern white cedar shingle siding.
